High Demand Job Training Grant

Workforce Solutions South Plains is now taking applications for the High Demand Job Training Grant. This grant is available to high school CTE programs in school districts across Bailey, Lamb, Hale, Floyd, Motley, Cochran, Hockley, Lubbock, Crosby, Dickens, King, Yoakum, Terry, Lynn and Garza counties. The funding can be used to purchase equipment and supplies.

The equipment and supplies must be tied to high demand job areas/occupations. To see the top 25 high demand job areas/occupations for the South Plains go to https://texascareercheck.com/ExploreCareer/OccupationTrends and select “South Plains” from the Region drop down menu.
