Personalized Hiring Events
The Business Services Unit will work with you to conduct a personalized Hiring Event. This will be planned with focus on your company and the specific postings you need to fill. We have five full-service Career Centers in the South Plains Region where they may be held.
The service is of no cost to the employer and the only requirements are that the employer:
- Has one or more job posting in WorkInTexas.com with a minimum of 10 openings
- Provides a minimum of one week for scheduling and marketing of the event to our job seeker customers
- Commits to providing a list of all referrals and resulting hires to the the Business Services Unit.
- Is operating with a Tax ID.
The only requirements to use our facilities at no charge are for your business to be registered with us and to have current job posting(s) listed. The registration requires a valid UI (unemployment insurance) tax ID number for your business.
