Youth Employment Partnerships
Workforce Solutions South Plain hosts a quarterly Youth Advisory Council meeting to encourage collaborative efforts across the South Plains area. Workforce Solutions partners with community colleges and universities in the South Plains area to establish employer driven work skills initiatives, establishing pathways that workforce programs can utilize to connect out-of-school youth and youth at-risk of dropping out of school, to post-secondary educational opportunities, especially in community and technical colleges.
